When being faced with the administration of a loved one's estate, it pays to shop around. Most solicitors will charge by the hour and will not cap their fee as they don't know exactly what is involved in the estate. Most banks will charge a fixed percentage of the estate and on average this tends to work out more than most solicitors.
At Wills Made Easy, we want to take away any nasty surprises that might be lurking at the end of the administration process, so, we have decided on a very competitive fixed fee of only 2.25% of whatever assets are confirmed in the estate.
